WOI 13 will be held on Sunday 5 May 2013 at Illawarra Regional Airport
The theme for this year's event is 'Celebrating Naval Aviation'.
The event will showcase a wide range of activities and displays, including an Air Show of aerobatic, historic, modern and military aircraft as well as vintage car and bike displays and a number of static exhibitions and stalls. The website will be continually updated with information and announcements in the lead up to WOI so make sure you check back to see what's new.

This year's Wings over Illawarra event will be held on Sunday, 5 May 2013 at Illawarra Regional Airport.
Gates open to the public at 9am and close at 5pm. The Air Show flying display will take place between 11am and 3pm.
Tickets can be purchased at the entry gate on Sunday (online ticket sale now closed)
Avoid the traffic and catch the train to WOI-13!
The WOI Organising Committee has teamed up with CityRail to get you to Wings over Illawarra and there will be extra trains running to get you to and from Illawarra Regional Airport (sale of online RailLink passes have now closed).
Albion Park Train Station (on the South Coast line) is located on the Princes Highway, Albion Park Rail just opposite Illawarra Regional Airport. Special arrangements for pedestrian movement to the event will be in place.

Why not arrive at Wings over Illawarra in style by visiting the Illawarra Light Railway Museum and jumping on board one of its historic trains.
Visitors can enjoy steam and diesel train rides with a connecting shuttle bus to the air show for $2 per return ticket (free car parking is available at the museum). The Railway Museum will be open for inspection with miniature train rides and canteen and souvenirs also available.
