Stallholder Booking Procedures

WOI 12 has stall sites available for two types of applicants:-
Type 1:-“For Profit” Organisations E.G. Catering, Retail or Wholesale of Goods and/ or Services - cost $150 for a 6x3m site
Type 2:- “Not For Profit” E.G. Catering Or Display By Organisations Such As Royal Flying Doctor Service, Scouts , Rotary, Lions, Rural Fire Service, St Johns’ Ambulance, Air Cadets, And Similar - cost $0
All stallholders must have $20million Public Liability Insurance and must be endorsed to specifically name WOI 12 as an approved activity and to indemnify the organisers of WOI 12 against a claim.
Each site is 6m x 5m and an application can be made for multiple sites adjacent to each other. If a multiple site is allocated then the site fee, if charged, will be the number of sites allocated x $150 per site e.g. 3 adjacent sites will cost $450.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO POWER OR WATER ON ANY SITE ALLOCATED AND YOU NEED TO ORGANISE YOUR POWER & WATER REQUIREMENTS SEPARATELY
To apply, please fill out the required form and return it along with a copy of your insurance to WOI 12 Committee, PO Box 439, Fairy Meadow 2519 by Friday 23rd March 2012.
All applications will be acknowledged and final allocations will be advised not later than Monday 02 April 2011
