Car and Bike Clubs will be parked in separate restricted areas, for viewing by the general public. Each Year as from 2009 a specific marque/car type is celebrated at WOI. For WOI 09 it was the Jaguar, for WOI 10 it was the MG. In 2011 it was the Austin Healey Sports Car.

CAR CLUB ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

ALL CAR CLUBS ATTENDING WOI 12 HAVE NOW BEEN NOTIFIED OF THEIR ACCEPTANCE AND THEIR CONVOY NUMBER AND PROVIDED WITH A DASHBOARD CONVOY NUMBER PASS. THIS DASHBOARD ENTRY PASS SHOULD BE DISPLAYED ON ARRIVAL AT THE RV . NOTE:-CARS WITHOUT A DASHBOARD ENTRY PASS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE DISPLAY AREAS OF WOI 12
All car clubs attending are requested to meet first at the Rendezvous ( RV) WHICH IS THE CROOME RD SPORTING COMPLEX ABOUT 1 KM SOUTH OF THE AIRPORT,and aim to be PARKED AT THEIR DESIGNATED CONVOY RV no later than 8.30 am on the day. On arrival, each person attending in a display car will be levied $5 per head and a wristband issued which will give access to the Air Show. Rotarians will assemble Clubs into convoys and then despatch convoys under Rotarian control to drive the short distance from the RV to a special car entrance on the Southern side of the airfield, from which cars will be guided across the airfield by Rotarians to the designated car club display areas .

BIKE CLUB ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
Bike Clubs are requested to select their own RV nearby to the Albion Park Rail airport area, and arrive IN CONVOY as a Club to the Northern ( Sydney side) entrance to the airport and proceed directly to the Bike Display Area by following the instructions of Rotary volunteers.On arrival, each person attending will be levied $5 per head and a wristband issued which will give access to the Air Show . (PLEASE NOTE:- ONLY MOTORBIKES FROM BIKE CLUBS SHOULD USE THE NORTHERN ROUTE ACCESS. A SMALL NUMBER OF BIKE CLUBS ALSO HAVE CARS AS MEMBERS AND THESE SHOULD BE PART OF THE CAR CLUB DISPLAY ENTERING FROM THE CROOM RD RV AS ABOVE)

Late Arrivals Car or Bike Club members arriving individually after approx. 0900 to the RV may MISS the system set up to provide them with their club display access and may have to be parked away from their club OR in the general public limited parking area and miss the opportunity to display
Individual Cars and Bikes can leave at any time but it is requested that cars and bikes stay till the end of the Air Show at 3:30pm.
All persons arriving in or on a display car or bike will be CHARGED $5 ADMISSION TO WOI 12 and given a wristband providing admission to ALL of the WOI displays .
