PLEASE NOTE:-There is no rain day for this event, the event will go ahead in all weather. No refund of tickets will be issued for poor weather.Please ensure that the name given on the booking is of the person attending the event. A printed copy of the confirmed itinerary/booking and photo ID (eg. Drivers Licence) will need to be shown to validate GOLD PASS entry to the event.

There will be an action packed day of flying for the public, and a large crowd always attend WOI-for example WOI 10 and WOI 11 attracted at least 15-20 000 visitors. The flying program includes:- the HARS collection which includes large civilian aircraft such as the well known Super Constellation (Connie) and ex RAAF aircraft such as the Tiger Moth, Neptune, Dakota and Catalina; plus visiting “warbirds” including but not only the Temora Aviation Museum based Spitfire and Hudson; and a range of ADF aircraft from the Royal Australian Navy and Royal Australian Air Force.

There will be a handout provided to each entrant to WOI 12- which will list the flying program with details such as time of flight; aircraft type and your name or organisation identified as the sponsor of that flight.
In addition, the Public Address system will announce and commentate on each flight and as WOI organizer I will ensure that you will be offered the opportunity to have your selected information about you and/ or your organization announced whilst the aircraft is flying overhead. There will also be photo opportunities for you with the aircraft and crew during the WOI 12 day
